As a software engineer, Avi found IT systems most interesting through the human perspective.
Over the course of his career, Avi progressed to solutions architecture, customer success, and then ultimately to business change management.
Avi consulted in business change for over a decade, serving large multinational corporations, but he recognized a gap in the market.
Small and mid-sized companies need the same expert guidance and support as multinationals, but large consulting firms aren’t designed to address their needs.
Avi started ASTS Solutions to capitalize on the untapped opportunity – to provide tailored, low-overhead business change consulting to the growing businesses that need it most.
